Clear communication throughout the entire process

At Miltco Inc. you have only one central point of contact to deal with for everything pertaining to your project. All ideas and project formation goals are funneled from your Miltco Inc. project manager to the rest of the Miltco Inc. team, allowing for constant and open communication between all members of your project team, throughout the entire project. This approach means that your important project ideas and needs are not lost in translation, as is often the case in traditional building methods.

Before any work is done on your behalf, we listen carefully to you to determine your expectations and desires, then confirm and clarify our understanding. From there, we clearly communicate your requirements to the rest of the project team. This communication process continues throughout the entire pre-design, design and construction phases of the work and allows for a clear set of project objectives, specifications and scope of work.

We use My Project to maintain the most current information about your project and make it available to every member of the team. We have found that this program works extremely well for centralizing your project and making it completely accessible to you and to the entire Miltco Inc. team, including our skilled field craftsmen. It is a protected site, requires a user login and password which is assigned to you only, and is not made available to anyone other than trusted Miltco Inc. project team members.

Comprehensive design in a three dimensional format

The average person has difficulty visualizing a traditional two dimensional building plan. Miltco Inc. uses 3D design programs, allowing you to visualize your project in a more true-to-life setting. We’re able to show you your project in detail, including appliances, fixtures, colors, flooring, and interior and exterior finishes. The program enables you to “walk through” any part of your home or project, check for space planning needs, aesthetic design and engineering components before getting in over your head financially. This allows us to produce a set of construction plans that will easily pass through the building department.

Strong relationships with our skilled craftsmen, subcontractors and suppliers
